Payment, shipping, returns and warranty
Payment Methods
1) Credit/debit: Visa, Mastercard y 4B. The whole process is through secure browsing protected by SSL (Secure Socked Layer), the payment is made through the bank servers. The virtual POS (point of sale) of the CECABANK platform that receives the card number and makes the payment is on the bank servers. The virtual POS application simply makes a call to the bank indicating the amount to be charged. Once on the bank page, the customer always sees the amount that will be charged before introducing his card number.
2) Wire transfer to our bank account that we will let you know via e-mail once we receive your order. As soon as we verify we have received the money transfer, we will proceed to send the goods as soon as possible through the way of transport the customer has chosen previously during the purchase process.
3) Paypal and credit/debit cards. This is a totally secure payment process through the paypal platform. There the customer can pay using his paypal account, all through browsing protected by SSL (Secure Socked Layer). Paypal is a very safe an convenient way to make payments, you just have to have a paypal account registered in your name.
As soon as we verify we have received the paypal payment, we will proceed to send the goods as soon as possible through the way of transport the customer has chosen previously during the purchase process.
Shipping Methods
Normally all orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours after the payment is received from the customer.
España y Andorra
1) National Certified Post with the following costs:
- 3,50 Euros.
- For this shipping method, if purchases exceed 70,00 Euros, shipping costs are free.
2) Urgent National Certifed Post with the following costs:
- 7,00 Euros.
- For this shipping method, if purchases exceed 130,00 Euros, shipping costs are free.
3) Delivery courier: Correos Express with the following costs:
- 8,00 Euros.
- For this shipping method, if purchases exceed 130,00 Euros, shipping costs are free.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: WE DO NOT SHIP TO Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.
Europe
1) International Certified Post with the following costs:
- 6,00 Euros.
- For this shipping method, if purchases exceed 130,00 Euros, shipping costs are free.
2) Urgent International Certifed Post with the following costs:
- 11,00 Euros.
Note: We do not ship to post office boxes.
The client must take charge of the import costs, customs duties and customs procedures in the cases in which they are applicable.
Rest of the world
We ship to the following non-European countries belonging to the rest of the world: USA, Canadá, Australia , Hong Kong y Japón.
International Certified Post with the following costs:
- 7,00Euros.
The client must take charge of the import costs, customs duties and customs procedures in the cases in which they are applicable.
For the rest of the countries not mentioned above, at the moment we do not have an automated purchase process through our website. In these cases, You should contact us at our email: joycorma@gmail.com, in order to find a customized solution to your needs and peculiarities.

Returns and guarantee
Returns and withdrawal
In accordance with current legislation, products can be returned, for whatever reason, within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods by the customer.
The product must be returned in perfect condition, unused, with this original packaging and the product must be packaged properly to avoid damage during the shipping process to our address.
The shipping costs of the returned item (s) are always paid by the customer. We will not admit payment due on delivery.
To make any return you must first contact us via email to: joycorma@gmail.com or through our telephone number.
Once the goods are received and verified that they are in perfect condition, the refund will be processed. We will refund the payment received from you. We will make the payment within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from exercising your right of withdrawal. Until we have recieved the goods we can retain the refund.
Warranty of our products
Our clients will benefit from the guarantee granted by the spanish legislation established in the laws detailed:
- Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007, de 16 de noviembre, por el que se aprueba el texto refundido de la Ley General para la Defensa de los Consumidores y Usuarios y otras leyes complementarias (artículos 68 al 79, 101 y 102).
- Ley 7/1996, de 15 de enero, de Ordenación del Comercio Minorista (artículos 44 y 45).
Defects or damage due to improper use or manipulation of the material or wear caused by normal use of the material, are not included in this warranty.
